Arsenal 5 – Tottenham 2

For those of you that don’t know, I am a big soccer fan, particularly with this club Arsenal. They are located in North London, England, and this past weekend was the “North London Derby” against rivals Tottenham.

The rivalry against these two clubs are very tense and historic; it can be compared with the Yankees – Red Sox rivalry (due to the hatred) or the Yankees – Mets (proximity). Arsenal have been the more dominant side judging on past history, but for the past couple of seasons, Tottenham have made great strides and were the huge favorites coming into this game.

A horrible start to the game for Arsenal only got worse as Tottenham went up 2-0, but Arsenal showed fight and spirit and ended up scoring 5 goals unanswered. It was a great performance and a great way to start the day.
